FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Prices

All prices in the catalogue include VAT at the rate charged in Spain. They are valid at the moment of their consultation. However, they may change at a later date without prior notice. The selling price will be fixed (and unchangeable) at the time an order is made.

 

Payment

Our on-line platform allows payment by credit card, bank wire or Paypal. In all cases your order will not be considered 'placed' until the whole payment is received. We regret we are unable able to offer you other forms of payment.

 

Billing

All invoices related to your orders will be placed in the name of our company, Parareda Mobiliari S.C.P. with VAT number ES-J65932600. If you have a valid intra-Community Vat number, please contact us.

 

Shipment

Our furniture will be shipped to the address supplied by you at the time of placing the order via a designated shipper. The delivery will always be made to the ground floor. Shipping costs are determined by the volume of purchase and the destination address. If you wish, you can consult the costs by following the link: Shipping Fees. Prices do not include assembly nor installation. If you are not able to place an order due to your destination is not activated for on-line orders, please, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Delivery time

As a general rule, our delivery time is between 1 to 4 weeks (5-20 working days) for manufacturing plus shipping time which depends on the delivery address. However, our company does its best to reduce delivery time wherever possible. In the case of products in stock, the shipment will be done within 1-2 working days plus the shipping time. For special orders, contact us.

All delivery times will be counted from the receipt of the order confirmation, that is to say the receipt of payment.

 

Receiving the goods

At the moment of receiving your order, check every single pack as well as their quantity, and note on the shipper's bill any detected anomalies, such as damage, loss or technical problem. For these anomalies, after signing the acceptance of delivery, the shipper will not support any claim. In the case of non visible anomalies you must send a claim to the shipper as well as give physical proof of the anomaly.

 

Warranty

Our company offers a one year warranty for manufacturing defects on all our products. This warranty only covers defects relating to the manufacturing process, so it will not be liable in the case of improper use, accidental damage, normal 'wear and tear' due to the use of the product, or any other anomaly for which the manufacturer is not responsible.

 

Returns

As almost all our products are made under order following the specifications of each client, we regret we are not able to accept any returns. However, returned goods will be accepted in cases where the return is our company's responsibility, such as products with defects or incorrect materials. In such cases you must contact our customer services in writing who will check your case and inform you of what measures will be taken. In all cases, our personnel will decide what action is to be taken such as exchanging the product, repair or substitution of the affected parts.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior acceptance from our customer services.

Your personal details will be kept on file, property of Parareda Mobiliari S.C.P. with the sole purpose of running our commercial relationship as well as offering you information related to our activity. You data will not be given to other parties without your prior agreement.
